Tasting notes:

This Welschriesling comes from 20-40-year-old vines grown on ancient river and lakebed deposits of sandstone, gravel and calcareous marl on a single steel slope. Fresh and lively with a zesty lemon, green apple and spiced nose. The palate explodes with pineapple, citrus, and ginger. Finishing with the slightest fizz and beautiful texture.

This Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) comes from 30-40 year old vines grown on ancient river and lakebed deposits of sandstone, gravel and calcareous marl. Light and easy drinking.  Perfect wine for a spring picnic. Juicy fresh peach, a kiss of marzipan with a salty crushed gravel finish. Absolutely thirst-quenching.

Tasting notes:

Burgunder SA is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay from 5 vintages (2010-2014). The grapes from 20-40 year old vines were grown on sandstone, gravel and calcareous marl soils. Aromas of caramelized grilled orange with fresh grated ginger. Drinks beautifully like honeyed ginger lemon tea. Leaves your mouth watering with a savory herbal finish. Easy drinking, but a complex white wine that deserves contemplation.

Tasting notes:

This Gelber Muskateller comes from 20-40 year old vines grown on ancient river and lakebed deposits of sandstone, gravel and calcareous marl on a single steep slope. This „Spätfüllung” (late bottling) was aged on its lees in 
stainless steel for 18 months. An extremely elegant nose of orange blossom. Reminiscent of opening a fresh bag of sour peach gummy candy. Fruity and textural with notes of yeast. Stone fruit and citrus with a savory finish.

  • Aged on its lees in stainless steel for 18 months

This Zweigelt comes from 30 year old vines grown on ancient river and lakebed deposits of sandstone, gravel and calcareous marl on a single steep slope. Aromas of hibiscus, rose and cherries. Tastes like steeped cranberries, sour smashed cherries and earthy roasted beets. This wine is fruity and savory with notes of sour blackberries and earthy pine forest floors. Enjoy chilled.

  • Macerated for 2 days

  • Juice is bled off (no pressing)

  • Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel

  • Aged in stainless steel
