Tasting notes:

Brilliant bright garnet color with a lightly spiced nose. Acid and tannins dance beautifully together on your tongue. This is a perfect wine to decant as it continues to bloom with a little aeration. Dried leaves, dark cocoa and cinnamon with a vanilla cola finish.
