Tasting notes:

This wine is elegant and refined with a viscus and silky mouthfeel. A floral nose with notes of white blossom and citrus leaf. 

Wine making notes:

  • Hand harvested 

  • All three varietals pressed and barrel fermented separately

  • Native fermentation

  • Aged in neutral French oak for 12 month

Tasting notes:

Aged for 10 months on its skins, this wine explodes with aromatics of lychee and star fruit. Beeswax, candied lemon and mascarpone on the palate. 

Wine making notes:

  • Hand harvested at 21 brix

  • Destemmed and hand filled into a 500 L puncheon for native fermentation

  • Aged for 10 months on its skins before pressing 

  • Pressed wine aged in barrel for additional 2 months

Tasting notes:

This wine is very reminiscent of the Rosés of the Provence, France on the palate and the color is a beautiful light pink. While the aromatics lean more toward Orange peel and grapefruit blossoms.

Wine making notes:

  • Hand harvested between September 18 - 20, 2020

  • 80% direct to press 

  • 20% cold soak on skins

  • Native fermentation

  • 75% fermented and aged in stainless steel

  • 25% fermented and aged in neutral barrel

  • 80 cases produced

Tasting notes:

Named after their son Milo – this wine is fresh, approachable and delicious. Complex and layered, bright, fresh and juicy. Notes of spice and tons of acid. Very fresh aromatics of blue/ black fruit – black currant, blueberry with some cocoa powder and anise. You’ll also get a little graphite and roasted meat.

  • Hand harvested

  • Native fermentation 

  • Whole cluster inclusion

  • Aged 12 months in neutral French Oak

  • 160 cases produced
