Tasting notes:
Red apple skin, brioche, and white flowers are all
carried through this pale-straw colored wine by persistent bubbles. This bubbly is refreshingly dry on the palate with a long-clean, lemon flavored finish that will allow it to pair well with a range of cuisine.
