Tasting notes:
The 2020 Presqu’ile Gamay is all earth, herbs, and red fruit. The cool climate of Santa Maria combined with 100% whole cluster fermentation encourages the fresh herbal quality with green and black tea, green peppercorn, and spice. Below it expresses bright red cherry and pomegranate, with a core of acidity and well-balanced tannins.
